The Greater Monadnock Public Health Network is offering a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Ingalls Memorial Library on Monday, December 6 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
They are offering both Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
They are offering 1st, 2nd, booster (Pfizer only & Johnson & Johnson) and pediatric Pfizer doses (For those who are 5-11 years of age) . Pediatric patients must have a parent or guardian accompanying them at time of vaccination.
Appointments are not necessary. We can register you on the spot. Remember to bring your ID and vaccination card (for 2nd and booster doses).
Eligibility for booster doses are as follows (as of now:)
· Persons 65 years of age or older OR Person 18 years of age or older residing in long-term care settings OR Persons 18-64 years of age with underlying medical conditions OR Persons 18-64 years of age who have increased risk of SARS –CoV-2 exposure and transmission because of an occupational or institutional setting.
· Must have received your vaccination at least 6 months prior for a booster of Pfizer (2nd dose must be at least 6 months prior to booster) or 2 months prior for a booster of Johnson & Johnson.
