OLD BUSINESS:
- Summer Reading- Donna is applying for various grants to support summer reading program activities.
- Digital Library: Donna has begun photographing the Mary Ware flora archives. The digitized collection can be found at https://ingallsflora.omeka.net
- Other: We received a grant from the Hunt Foundation but are requesting more clarification before accepting it in a public hearing.
- Election of Officers: Flo motioned to keep the current slate of officers. Linda seconded. All approved. The slate is as follows: Karla MacLeod- Chairman, Roberta Gordenstein- Vice-Chairman, Flo Marsh- Treasurer, Lisa Wiley- Secretary
- Budget: There was a small shortfall in the default budget due to retirement contributions.
- Fiber Optics: The fiber has been installed and is working well.
- Other: Karla will present a letter to the Selectmen informing them of our pending Trustee Alternates.
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
- Ingalls 1894 Association: the new shelves have been installed, giving more room for programming.
- Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: There will be a meeting following a roadside pickup activity in April. Volunteers have come forward to work on the gardens.
