Acceptance of Donations – Flo motioned to accept the report. Linda seconded. All approved.
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Lisa Wiley: Linda motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report – Linda motioned to accept the report pending audit. Flo seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Reports—Flo Marsh – Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Linda seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff – Lisa motioned to accept the reports. Flo seconded. All approved.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Library of Things policy – Tabled
2. Receiving and Deaccessioning Gifts Policy – Tabled
3. Caretaker Job Description- Tabled
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Bathroom Updates: The town will be adding touchless items to upgrade the bathrooms.
2. Budget Update: No changes as of the end of December.
3. Year End- Reports need to be submitted by January 13th for admission to the Town Report.
4. Staff appreciation. The board discussed options to show appreciation for the awesome Library staff.
5. Donna is considering large posters to help promote Library activities.
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
1. Ingalls 1894 Association: nothing to report
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: nothing to report
