TRUSTEE MEETING

Present: Karla MacLeod, Flo Marsh, Lisa Wiley, Taylor Ratcliffe
Director: Donna Straitiff
Karla moved to appoint Taylor a voting trustee, Flo seconded. All approved.
Acceptance of Donations – Flo motioned to accept the report. Lisa seconded. All approved.
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Flo motioned to accept the report. Taylor seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report – Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Taylor
seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Reports—Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Taylor seconded. All
approved.
Director’s Reports—Lisa motioned to accept the report. Taylor seconded .All approved.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Donations in memory of Dick: Donna will send a check with the donated amount to the
Town to have the library entryway refurbished.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Year End Update: The end of year operating budget will allow for a replacement of the
online catalog, Koha, to a more user-friendly option, Biblionix.
2. Upcoming Programs: The show and tell holiday luncheon has been postponed until mid-
January. There will be a video and activity for the public to recognize MLK Day.
3. LCHIP Monitoring: Donna has not heard back from the latest submission and will keep
monitoring.
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
1. Ingalls 1894 Association: Nothing to report.
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: The potholder sales are going well. The book
sale area has been organized and sales are active.
