Acceptance of Donations: Karla motioned to accept report. Flo seconded. All approved
 
Karla motioned to appoint Linda as Trustee for this meeting. Flo seconded. All approved.
                                  
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Report—Lisa Wiley: Karla motioned to accept report. Flo seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report: Flo motioned to accept for review the town bookkeepers report pending audit. Linda seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Report—Flo Marsh: Lisa motioned to accept report pending audit. Linda seconded.  All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff: Lisa motioned to accept the report. Linda seconded. All approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS:
 

1. LCHIP checklist update- Items are being reviewed
2. ILL Policy- pending future meeting
3. Volunteer Recognition: gift cards and thank you notes will be given

1. Ingalls 1894 Association: no report
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: Donna and Mary Beth will organize a Library Friends membership drive in the winter.
