Acceptance of Donations- Dick motioned to accept Donations Report, Flo seconded. All approved.

Secretary’s Report—Roberta motioned to accept report, Flo seconded. Approved with corrections.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report - No report available.
Treasurer’s Report—Roberta motioned to accept pending audit, Gillian seconded. All approved.
Director’s Report—Roberta motioned to accept report, Dick seconded. All approved.

Secretary’s Report—Roberta motioned to accept report, Flo seconded. Approved with corrections.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report - No report available.
Treasurer’s Report—Roberta motioned to accept pending audit, Gillian seconded. All approved.
Director’s Report—Roberta motioned to accept report, Dick seconded. All approved.
OLD BUSINESS:
- Budget – Donna met with combined BOS/BAC to discuss; has revised new position to begin as of July, 2019.
- Motion by Karla to request funds from CIP for a generator for the library. Roberta seconded; all approved. Dick will write a letter.
NEW BUSINESS:
- December meeting changed to the 18th at 1:00 PM because of Christmas. Public meeting to accept large donation.
- Investments: Charter Trust will present information on investing the library funds currently in CDs.
- Fines: Donna proposed removing all fines for late DVDs to be more consistent with our policies. Motion by Dick, seconded by Roberta, all approved.
- Boy Scout Sleepover, November 30. Donna informed Trustees of this annual event.
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
- Ingalls 1894 Association: Drawing for the quilt and other prizes will be Friday, Nov. 30, at 3:00 PM. Fund-raising campaign continues with approximately $1600 in donations.
- Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: No report available.
- Mortar repair project: Dick and Mike Cloutier will write the specs for this job.
