Acceptance of Donations – Flo motioned to accept the report. Linda seconded. All approved.

REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Lisa Wiley: Flo motioned to accept the report. Linda seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report: Linda motioned to accept the report pending audit. Flo seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Reports—Flo Marsh: Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Flo seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff: Fall events were well attended for children’s and adult
programming. The STEM programs are running strong. There are more offerings slated for the
winter after the holiday season. Flo motioned to accept the report. Linda seconded, All
approved.

2. Receiving and Deaccessioning Gifts Policy: Tabled

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Caretaker Job Description: Pending budget approval.
2. Budget Schedule: reviewed

OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
1. Ingalls 1894 Association: no report.
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: The Friends group is planning multiple events this winter, including an Open House.
