Acceptance of Donations: Linda motioned to accept donations. Lisa seconded. All approved.
                                 
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Lisa Wiley: Linda motioned to accept both reports. Flo seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report: Linda motioned to accept the report. Lisa seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Reports—Flo Marsh: Linda motioned to accept report pending audit. Lisa seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff: Lisa motioned to accept the report. Linda seconded. All approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS:
 

1. Budget: The budget as presented is going forward through the next stages.
2. Grants: A representative from LCHiP visited today to speak with Donna about the 5 year stewardship agreement. The library will also be receiving a plaque for display.
   
3. Donna is pursuing further grants for technology and programming.
   
4. Other: Donna received a sample library survey and strategic plan from the Antrim Public Librarian to use as a guide as we begin these processes.

 
NEW BUSINESS:
                                               

1. Upcoming Programs: The Friends are sponsoring Halloween activities for all ages and a December cookie swap. There are two author visits coming up in the next few weeks. In January, a Sparking Joy seminar will be held. In April a folk duo will perform at the Meetinghouse.
2. Other: The library might be hosting a vaccination clinic at some point soon.
