Trustee Meeting minutes
October 24, 2023

Trustees present: Karla MacLeod, Linda Dodge, Flo Marsh
Alternate trustees present: Patricia Page
Director: Donna Straitiff
Absent: Lisa Wiley, Roberta Gordenstein

 In order to make a quorum, it was voted to make Patricia a voting member
for this meeting.
 Acceptance of donations: Flo motioned to accept, Linda seconded. All
approved.
 Secretary’s Report: Patricia motioned to accept, Flo seconded. All
approved.
 Town Bookkeeper’s Report: Linda motioned to accept, Patricia seconded.
All approved.
 Treasurer’s Report: Patrica motioned to accept, Linda seconded. All
approved.
 Director’s Report: Linda motioned to accept, Patricia seconded. All
approved.
 A new meeting room policy was approved, with the addition of a “no
vaping” provision added. Linda motioned to accept, Patricia seconded. All
approved.
 Donna announced that a projector was donated to the Library. It will be
available for loan to patrons.
 Donna reported that the Friends will be sponsoring a fall centerpiece
workshop on November 16 at 6 pm.
 Linda moved that the meeting be closed at 5:11, Karla seconded the
motion, all approved.
