Discussion of proposed budget for FY2021.

Actions:
Trustees signed a new three year contract for the Director, effective October 24, 2020.
Trustees signed an agreement for building cleaning staff.
Lisa motioned to accept the proposed budget pending audit. Roberta seconded. All approved.
Roberta motioned to adjourn at 5:00pm, Flo seconded. All approved.
