Director: Donna Straitiff
Trustee Alternates: Dick Isakson, Jeff Dickler
 
Acceptance of Donations: Linda motioned to accept the report, Roberta seconded. All approved.
                                 
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Lisa Wiley: Roberta motioned to accept the report, Flo seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report: Linda motioned to accept the report pending audit. Flo seconded. All approved.  
Treasurer’s Reports—Flo Marsh: Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Roberta seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff: Lisa motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS:
 

1. Website: Donna has been working to update the library webpage.

 
NEW BUSINESS:
                                               

1. Budget Schedule: The town’s final schedule is pending. The Trustees will plan to meet on October 14th at 5pm to discuss the library budget.
2. Generator: Donna has proposed to the Board of Selectmen that a generator be purchased using ARPA funds.
3. 2022 Holiday Schedule: Roberta motioned to accept the schedule. Flo seconded. All approved.
4. Other:
   1. Covid-19 policy. Flo motioned to accept the policy. Linda seconded. All approved.
   2. Donna is reviewing safety policies for future discussion.

 
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
 

1. Ingalls 1894 Association: no meeting
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: The Friends have authorized $150 toward adult and children’s October baking contests and raffles.

Flo motioned to adjourn at 5:15pm. Roberta seconded. All approved.
