Acceptance of Donations:  Flo motioned to accept report. Lisa seconded. All approved. 
                                  
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Report: Lisa Wiley- Linda motioned to accept report, Flo seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report: Lisa motioned to accept report, Linda seconded. All approved. 
Treasurer’s Report: Flo Marsh- Lisa motioned to accept report, Linda seconded. All approved. 
Director’s Reports: Donna Straitiff- Lisa motioned to accept report. Flo seconded. All approved.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Staffing- The new part time assistant has been hired. The youth services position is still open. The cleaning position is open and being reviewed in collaboration with the town.
2. Interlibrary Loan update: The process has restarted with new guidelines for quarantining the books being circulated.
3. Other: A representative from LCHIP came to review the masonry work and is finishing up the final pieces of the grant.

NEW BUSINESS:               

1. Passive Programming: Donna is looking to create drop in crafts for families.
2. Other: Non-Public Session: RSA 91-A:3 II Non-public sessions are limited, and include: 1) Dismissal, promotion, compensation, discipline, hiring public employees. 

     Flo motioned at 5:00pm  to enter into non-public session for personnel discussion. Linda seconded. All approved.

1. Trustees returned to public session at 5:18pm.

Linda motioned to adjourn at 5:20pm. Flo seconded. All approved.
