Trustees present: Karla MacLeod, Roberta Gordenstein, Flo Marsh, Lisa Wiley
Donna Straitiff- Director
Trustee Alternates present: Linda Dodge, Dick Isakson
Trustees absent: Gillian L’Eplattenier
 
Karla opened the meeting at 4:30
 
Acceptance of Donations- Flo motioned to accept donations. Roberta seconded. All approved.
                                 
REPORTS:
-Secretary’s Report—Lisa Wiley- Roberta motioned to accept report. Flo seconded. All approved.
-Town Bookkeeper’s Report- Lisa motioned to accept report pending audit. Roberta seconded. All approved.
-Treasurer’s Report—Flo Marsh- Roberta motioned to accept report pending audit. Lisa seconded. All approved.
-Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff- Flo motioned to accept report. Roberta seconded. All approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS:
 

1. LCHIP checklist- Karla will get updates on the status of the bids from the selectmen.
2. Flo will look into adding our investment updates in future treasurer reports.

NEW BUSINESS:
                                               

1. Review of Social Media Policy- Flo motioned to accept policy as edited. Roberta seconded. All approved.
2. 2020 Budget draft  (operating)- Donna created a draft of the 2020 budget for review.
3. New statewide ILL system and its implications for our library- There are upgrades that will help streamline the ILL process for patrons.
4. Family Cards-Donna is looking into the need to continue offering family cards as opposed to alternative circulation options.
5. Other- There are many programs coming up for adults and youth.

2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library- no report
