OLD BUSINESS:
- Staffing: New part-time assistant is about to be hired. Interviews have begun for the Youth Librarian position.
- Interlibrary Loan update: NH ILL system is beginning to reopen with returns, no borrowing at this time.
- Trustees agreed to adjust the March 17th Special meeting to reflect our decision to keep the current slate of officers.
- Donna put together a final narrative for the town administrator to submit to the LCHIP committee to publicize the mortar work.
- Donna will publicize a change to our non-resident plan to accommodate six-month membership at half the rate.
- We will use the template from the NH Library Trustees recommendations to evaluate the Library Director prior to contract discussions in September.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Hunt Grant: Donna is looking to pursue funds through this grant.
- Building cleaning: The town has hired a temporary person who has been doing some cleaning on the weekends. Donna will inquire into the status of the permanent position.
- Building Locks/Keys: Donna is working with the town to have the doors re-keyed.
