Acceptance of Donations – Flo motioned to accept the report. Roberta seconded. All approved.
                                  
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Linda motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report – Flo motioned to accept the report pending audit. Roberta seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Reports—Flo Marsh – Lisa motioned to accept the treasurer’s report pending audit. Roberta seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff – Lisa motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Summer Reading: Over 100 children and 16 adults registered . The final program will take place August 14th.
2. Policy Review Schedule: Donna is collecting various policy samples to update our older documents. She will bring samples to future board meetings. Currently the Gift and Donation Policy is under review.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Big Read Update: Dr. Mary Kelly from FPU will be leading the study starting in the fall. 
2. Dick Isakson: The trustees discussed a gift in memorial.
3. Director Contract renewal: The trustees began the process for evaluation.
4. There is a local volunteer helping organize the book sale area.

 

OTHER GROUP REPORTS:

1. Ingalls 1894 Association: The group took part in the NH gives fundraiser in June. 
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: The group is planning fall activities for the community. They also are sponsoring a pass to the Cheshire Children’s Museum.

Roberta motioned to adjourn at 5:10pm. Linda seconded. All approved.
