Trustees present: Karla MacLeod, Flo Marsh, Roberta Gordenstein, Dick Isakson, Gillian L’Eplattenier.       Director: Donna Straitiff
Trustee Alternates Present: Lisa Wiley, Linda Dodge.   Absent: Craig Jensen

Acceptance of Donations- Roberta motioned to accept report, Flo seconded. All approved.
                                 
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Report—Lisa Wiley- Roberta motioned to accept report, Gillian seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report-Flo motioned to accept report pending audit, Roberta seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Report—Flo Marsh- Roberta motioned to accept report pending audit, Gillian seconded, all approved.
Director’s Report—Donna Straitiff- Dick motioned to accept report, Roberta seconded. All approved.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Staffing – Library assistant position posted, candidates are being interviewed.
2. Georgi’s retirement – August 24, goodbye for Georgi with Barbershop Chorus, August 31st Open House and farewell.
3. Joel Cohen has begun photographing the flora in the attic.
4. Donna’s Vacation – August 20 -26 (with exception of 8/24)

NEW BUSINESS:

1. August Meeting- Ted Fischer from Parsons Capital will come to the trustees meeting to discuss options for investing library bank funds.
2. Rindge 250 Parade- August 11, noon gathering for 1pm parade.
3. Georgi’s going away gift-collections.
4. Terry Knowles retirement- Trustee training will be taken over by a NH municipal organization.
5. L-Chip Site Visit- 10:15 August 9th.
6. Fax will be moved from the office to a more central area of the library.
7. Security Motion Detectors- Donna has found a good option for installing detectors by the doors.

OTHER GROUP REPORTS:

1. Ingalls 1894 Association- Raffle tickets are still being sold for the quilt.
