Acceptance of Donations- Flo motioned to accept report, Roberta seconded. All approved.
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Report—Lisa Wiley: Roberta motioned to accept report. Gillian seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report- Roberta motioned to accept report pending audit. Gillian seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Report—Flo Marsh- Lisa motioned to accept report pending audit. Gillian seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff- Roberta motioned to accept report. Gillian seconded. All approved.
Donna added that she is meeting with the Recreation Department to look into fall cooperative programming. MaryBeth will bpresenting a storytime at the Thursday farmers market. Marybeth will host Terrific Tuesdays this summer, a program highlighting library and local talent.

OLD BUSINESS:
- Invitation to Bid – Mortar Work- there is a bid opening on June 13th.
- Staffing: Donna introduced the new part-time library assistant.
- Book Sale- Discover books will be coming to collect leftover items.
- Right to Know update: Karla is putting together a draft of a library Right to Know policy.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Charter Trust: Representatives came and showed us a branded investment policy statement outlining a recommended balanced growth objective. a. Lisa motioned to accept the Investment Policy Statement as provided, Flo seconded. All approved.
- Review of Photography Policy- Roberta motioned to accept the policy as amended. Gillian seconded. All approved.
- The Collection Development policy will be reworked and distributed during the June meeting for review.
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
- Ingalls 1894 Association: Gillian reported that the group is looking to create goals and remain visible to the community.
- Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library- They have purchased a pass to Tower Hill Botanical Garden.
