Trustees Present: Karla MacLeod, Roberta Gordenstein, Dick Isakson, Flo Marsh, Taylor Ratcliffe (Alternate)
Director: Donna Straitiff
Absent: Linda Dodge, Jeff Dickler, Lisa Wiley

• Acceptance of Donation: Roberta motioned to accept, Karla seconded. All approved
  
• Secretary’s Report: error “it’s” should be “its” on pg 2 last bullet. Roberta motioned to accept, Karla seconded. All approved.
• Book Keeper’s Report: Karla motions to accept, Roberta seconded. All approved.
• Treasurer’s Report: Roberta motioned to accept, Karla seconded. All in favor.
• Director’s Report: Roberta motioned to accept, Flo seconded. All approve
  

Old Business:

• Grants
  
  • No new grants
• Community Surveys:
  • Community surveys will be distributed in early June and be accepted until Mid-August.  This will allow for residents who are away for the summer to participate in early June.
  • Roberta pointed out a typo in the survey
• 1894 Association:
  • Judy Unger-Clark new President
  • Raising funds through NHGives on June 8.  Advertising in the newpaper, but also plan to circulate a letter for supporters to share with friends to gain their support for the drive.

• Friends of the Ingalls Library
  • Donna is adding an option on library card applications to express interest in becoming a friend of the library.

Roberta motioned to adjourn the meeting, Flo seconded. All approved.
