Acceptance of Donations – Lisa motioned to accept the report. Roberta seconded. All approved.
                                 
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Lisa Wiley – Roberta motioned to approve the report. Linda seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report – Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Roberta seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Reports—Flo Marsh –Roberta motioned to accept the report pending audit. Lisa seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff – Lisa motioned to accept the report as edited. Roberta seconded. All approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS:
 

1. Library of Things policy – Tabled
2. Receiving and Deaccessioning Gifts Policy – Tabled
3. Community Health and Safety Policy Review: Donna is looking to consolidate similar policies. She will also look at creating a schedule for policy review.

 
NEW BUSINESS:
                       

1. Election of Officers: Roberta motioned to renew the current slate of officers. Linda seconded. All approved.

1. 2022 Audit:  The auditors will come in the beginning of May.
