TRUSTEE MEETING

Trustees Present: Karla MacLeod, Flo Marsh, Lisa Wiley, Linda Dodge
Director: Donna Straitiff
Trustee Alternate: Dick Isakson
Guests: Judy Unger-Clark, Jeffrey Dickler
Trustees absent: Roberta Gordenstein
 
 Public Hearing: 4:30 pm – Acceptance of unanticipated revenue in the amount of $5,000.00.
Karla opened the meeting to public comments. Linda motioned to accept the revenue. Flo seconded. All approved. Public hearing closed at 4:33pm.
 
Acceptance of Donations: Flo motioned to accept donations. Lisa seconded. All approved.
                                 
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Lisa Wiley: Linda motioned to accept report. Flo seconded. All approved. Town Bookkeeper’s Report: not available
Treasurer’s Reports—Flo Marsh: Lisa motioned to accept report pending audit. Linda seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff: Lisa motioned to accept report. Flo seconded. All approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS:
 

1. Summer Reading: Donations have started coming in and will continue to be pursued.

 
NEW BUSINESS:
                                               

1. Review of COVID-19 policies and procedures
2. Grant from NHSL- Donna has received one grants totalling for $500 and may have the opportunity to apply for an ARPA subgrant for approximately $3000. Information will be made available during May.

 
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
 

1. Ingalls 1894 Association: Judy Unger-Clark is helping the group create a NH Gives site for online fundraising.
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: The Friends group collected trash along School St. for Earth Day and authorized funds to create a pizza garden. Next meeting will be May 11th.

Linda motioned to adjourn at 5:30pm. Flo seconded. All approved.
