- Acceptance of donations: Roberta motioned to accept, Linda seconded. All approved.
- Secretary’s Report: Roberta motioned to accept, Linda seconded. All approved.
- Town Bookkeeper’s Report: Roberta motioned to accept, Karla seconded. All approved.
- Treasurer’s Report: Linda motioned to accept, Roberta seconded. All approved.
- Director’s Report: Linda motioned to accept, Roberta seconded. All approved.
Old Business:
- Donna reported on programs being held as a result of the wildflower grant which she secured for the Library, including a movie showing, distributing of seeds and a BioBlitz.
- The teen summer reading program will benefit from a state library grant.
- Donna presented a draft of a survey to be distributed to the town regarding library usage. It will be put on the Town website, the Library website, the Library newsletter and in the Town Clerk’s office. A few additions were suggested to the survey which will go out the end of May.
New Business:
- Karla MacLeod suggested that the library purchase a ukulele for Ingalls’s Library of Things. Donna will look into this.
- The summer reading theme will be Oceans of Possibilities. A letter for sponsors has been sent out. The program will run from the third week in June to August 16th.
- Roberta Gordenstein reported that the 1894 Association will again take part in New Hampshire Gives, from June 8 to June 9. Its annual meeting will be held on May 5 at 4 pm. The Association is considering the purchase of some bookshelves, if the price is not prohibitive.
