Acceptance of Donations- Dick motioned to accept Donations Report, Gillian seconded. All approved.

Secretary’s Report—Dick motioned to accept report, Gillian seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report – Gillian motioned to accept report pending audit, Dick seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Report—Dick motioned to accept report pending audit, Gillian seconded. All approved.

Secretary’s Report—Dick motioned to accept report, Gillian seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report – Gillian motioned to accept report pending audit, Dick seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Report—Dick motioned to accept report pending audit, Gillian seconded. All approved.
Director’s Report—Flo motioned to accept report, Gillian seconded. All approved.
OLD BUSINESS:
- LCHIP: Agreement signed and sent back.
- Policy Review: None this month
- Other: Town Investment policy distributed for comparison.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Internet Access: Problem with internet access dropping out and needing to be reset. Consolidated Communications was contacted and as a result our account will be changed resulting in faster speed at a lower cost.
- Candidate’s Night: 7 pm on March 4th at the Rindge Rec with refreshments at 6:30 pm. The board directed Donna to prepare talking points for a handout, taken from the presentation she created for Deliberative Session.
- Hunt Grant: Donation received for Ingalls Memorial Library and the 1894 Association.
- Upcoming Programs: Learn at Lunch on March 15th with Judy Unger-Clark discussing the Monadnock Photography Project 2016-2017. March 16th at 10:30 the Flying Irish Dancers will perform at the Meeting House. Other upcoming programs in the works include a collaboration with Cathedral of the Pines to establish a children’s garden with the assistance of the library STEM team and Project Shakespeare. Various activities going on including Legos and drop in crafts during vacation week.
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
- Ingalls 1894 Association: Nothing to report.
- Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: The Friends are sponsoring the Flying Irish Dancers performance on March 16th at 10:30 at the Meeting House.
