Acceptance of Donations –  Roberta motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.
                                 
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Lisa Wiley: Roberta motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report: Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Roberta seconded. All approved. 
Treasurer’s Reports—Flo Marsh: Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Roberta seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff: Lisa motioned to accept the report. All approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS:
 

1. Budget- The budget has been set for voting on March 8th.
2. Grants The #PlantWildflower Grant is being awarded and programs plans are in progress.

 
NEW BUSINESS:
                       

1. Vaccination clinic- There will be a clinic at the library on March 1st, 3:30-6:30, for 1st, 2nd and booster shots.
2. State Park pass-The Friends have purchased a State Park pass for community use.
3. April 22nd there will be a folk music program at the Meeting House sponsored by the Friends group.
4. Donna will look at ways to upgrade the Director’s Office.
5. There was a day of no heat but it was repaired without consequence to public service.
6. The donated Thomas Clock will arrive early April. There will be a ceremony in May to recognize the donation.

 
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
 

1. Ingalls 1894 Association- The group is considering participating in NH Gives again this year.
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library- reported above.
