Acceptance of Donations- Roberta motioned to accept report. Lisa seconded. All approved.
                                  
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Report—Lisa Wiley: Flo motioned to accept report. Karla seconded.  All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report: Lisa motioned to accept report pending audit. Roberta seconded. All approved
Treasurer’s Report—Flo Marsh: Lisa motioned to accept report pending audit. Roberta seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff: Lisa motioned to accept report. Flo seconded. All approved.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. LCHIP checklist update: waiting for news for final paperwork.
2. ILL Policy- pending.
3. Year End Reporting: reports have been completed and submitted to the town and the state.
4. Senior Library Assistant Job Description- pending.

NEW BUSINESS:
               

1. Update on Grants: monies should be arriving soon from the ALA grants. 
2. Census Training: Training will take place at the meetinghouse.
3. Town wage increase: The town is choosing to provide a wage increase through a new format. The library is looking at wage increase possibilities.

OTHER GROUP REPORTS:

1. Ingalls 1894 Association: Roberta noted that there was a fundraising drive and the group is looking to help with library improvements.
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: The group met and Amanda Wiley has agreed to become the Treasurer. There is a cake-off membership drive in February and plans for programming for the summer reading kickoff.

Roberta motioned to adjourn at 5:36pm. Flo seconded. All approved.
