Director: Donna Straitiff
Absent: Dick Isakson, Jeff Dickler
 
Acceptance of Donations – Roberta motioned to accept donations, Lisa seconded. All approved.
                                 
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Linda Dodge: Flo motioned to accept the report. Roberta seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report: Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Linda seconded. All approved. 
Treasurer’s Reports—Flo Marsh: Lisa motioned to accept the reports pending audit. Roberta seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff: Lisa motioned to accept the reports. Flo seconded. All approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS:
 

1. Budget- Changes to the budget as presented to the town are under deliberation.
2. Grants: Donna is waiting for news from the Wildflower grant.       

 
NEW BUSINESS:
                       

1. Changes to Website formatting: Donna is looking into color and font changes and has edited for more mobile access.
2. Koha, our catalog provider, has an in-house social network that can provide answers to issues. This is helpful to library staff for fast answers and community input.
3. Donna has organized a file box to-do list to help staff  know what happens in the library on a day-to-day basis.
