Trustees Present: Karla MacLeod, Roberta Gordenstein, Flo Marsh, Linda Dodge, Lisa Wiley

Alternates Present: Taylor Ratcliffe, absent: Dick Isakson
Acceptance of Donations – Flo motioned to accept the report. Roberta seconded. All approved.
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Lisa Wiley – Linda motioned to accept report as amended. Flo seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report – Flo motioned to accept the report pending audit. Lisa seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Reports—Flo Marsh – Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Linda seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff – Flo motioned to accept the report. Roberta seconded. All approved.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Library of Things policy – Tabled
2. Receiving and Deaccessioning Gifts Policy – Tabled
3. Caretaker Job Description –Tabled
4. Budget: The town deliberative session is Feb. 4 th and voting on March 14 th . The current
budget is supported by the Select Board and Budget Advisory Committee.
5. Year End: Donna created a year end report for the town document and a graphic
showing relevant statistics for the public.
6. Staff Appreciation: February 28 th there will be a luncheon for the staff funded by the
trustees.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Upcoming Programs: Irish Stepdancers on March 11 th . Harrisville Designs will come to
introduce a Loop Group. There will be a winter reading program starting for teens and
adults.
2. Donna shared a Community Health and Safety Policy to help prepare the library for
future issues.
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
1. Ingalls 1894 Association: No report.
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: There is a tea scheduled in February as well as a
spring garden program.
