TRUSTEE MEETING

Acceptance of Donations – Flo motioned to accept the report. Linda seconded. All approved.

REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Linda motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report – Flo motioned to accept the report pending audit. Lisa seconded.
All approved.
Treasurer’s Report-Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Linda seconded. All
approved.
Director’s Reports-Lisa motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.

OLD BUSINESS:
1. Update on projects: Many projects have been ordered and updated, including the
generator, security, and elevator upgrades.
Lisa motioned to allow Donna to purchase items from the Burness funds to meet the
year-end deadline. Linda seconded. All approved.
2. Budget: the budget meetings with the town went through without issue.
3. Chamber After Hours planning: Library board members will bring appetizers. December
11, 5-6:30pm.

​NEW BUSINESS:
1. 2025 Holiday Schedule: Linda motioned to approve the Holiday schedule. Flo seconded.
All approved.
2. Technical Services Assistant job description: Donna updated the Library Assistant job
description to accommodate this specific role.
3. Education Policy draft. Flo motioned to accept the policy pending minor edit. Linda
seconded. All approved.
4. The Trustees signed the corrected Director contract per yearly review.

OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
1. Ingalls 1894 Association:
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: the Friends group met and decided to not hold a
December event.

Next Meeting Date— ? (Fourth and fifth Tuesdays in December are holidays). The Trustees
decided to not hold a meeting in December.
