Trustee Meeting

Present: Karla MacLeod, Pat Paige, Flo Marsh, Sue Kochinskas, Lorraine Horne, Roberta Gordenstein, Linda Dodge
Director:  Donna Straitiff
 
 
Acceptance of Donations:  Linda makes motion to accept donations.  Flo seconded.  All approved.
 
Reports:
Secretary’s Reports- Linda makes a motion to accept report as adjusted.  Flo seconded.  All approved.
 
Town’s Bookkeepers Report-  Pat makes a motion to accept report.  Lorraine seconded.  All approved.
 
Treasurer’s Report- Pat makes a motion to accept report with corrections.  Linda seconded.  All approved.
 
Director’s Report- Pat makes motion to accept report.   Flo seconded.  All approved.
 
 
Old Business:
 

1. Project Update:  The generator is all set up. They will be tested weekly on Friday afternoons.  The handicap door is set to be put in in the spring.  One of the triangle windows fell out, we have a quote to replace the window.  We may need to get three bids to replace the window.
2. Other Projects Update:  All set.

 
 
New Business:

1. Year End Planning:  We are all set with the year end planning.
2. Budget Update:  The budget is going well.  No issues with the library budget.
3. Other New Business:  January 1st is the new circulation policy.  The new policy gives parents the right to request library records.  Julia has new forms for this request.

 
 
Other Group Reports:

1. Ingalls 1894 Association:  Will have an ad with a writeup in the Chamber Newsletter.

Giving Tuesday (NH Gives) is December 2nd 5pm for 24 hours.  Judy is working on post cards for Giving Tuesday.

1. Friends of Ingalls Memorial Library:  Friends are on hiatus till March.  The state 501C is an issue, they are having to pay to become an organization.  All the forms have been filled out and they are still trying to get through the process.
