Present: Trustees: Pat Paige, Karla MacLeod, Flo Marsh, Lisa Wiley, Linda Dodge

Acceptance of Donations – Lisa motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.

REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports— Pat motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report – Linda motioned to accept the report pending audit. Lisa
seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Reports— Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Pat seconded. All
approved.
Director’s Reports— Lisa motioned to accept the report. Pat seconded. All approved.

​OLD BUSINESS:
1. Update on projects: A few projects have been started. Others are waiting for facilities to
meet.
2. Budget: The schedule for town budgeting has been formed. It is available on the town
website.
3. Monadnock Regional Library Consortium: Marlborough Public Library will be included as
of Nov. 1st.
4. Staff Appreciation Luncheon plans: November 19th at 11:30am.
5. Other old business: Donna adjusted the interlibrary consortium circulation policy to
include Marlborough. Lisa motioned to accept the updated policy. Pat seconded. All
approved.

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Budget Meeting Schedule: posted.
2. Chamber After Hours Schedule Change: December 11, 5-6:30pm
3. Donna is looking into new website options.

OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
1. Ingalls 1894 Association: The group is looking into creating a poster which explains the
purpose of the group.
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: The group is planning a cookie decorating
program.

Flo motioned to adjourn at 5:06pm. Pat seconded. All approved.
