Acceptance of Donations – Flo motioned to accept the report. Pat seconded. All approved.
                                 
REPORTS:
 Secretary’s Reports— Flo motioned to accept the report as amended. Pat seconded. All approved.
 Town Bookkeeper’s Report : Pat motioned to accept the report pending audit. Flo seconded. All approved.
 Treasurer’s Reports—Lisa motioned to accept the Treasurer’s report. Pat seconded. All approved.
 Director’s Reports—Pat motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS:
 

1. Update on projects: Many projects have begun, including progress on purchasing a generator and new artwork.
2. Youth librarian update: Joe has begun and is a great addition.
3. Update on consortium: The response to sharing resources with Jaffrey Public Library has been very strong.

1. Morgan Stanley: Flo motioned to invent up to $20,000 in a two year treasury note. Pat seconded. All approved.
2. Employee appreciation:  Donna will put some plans in place for an appreciation event.

5:12 pm Karla motioned to go to a Nonpublic session per RSA 91-A:3. Flo seconded. All approved.
5:17 pm return to Public session.
 
NEW BUSINESS:

1. Budget Review: Donna proposed the operating and personnel budget drafts.
2. CIP Worksheet: There will be no requests proposed this year.

OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
 

1. Ingalls 1894 Association: the group is hoping to fund handicap accessible improvements.
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: the group is planning various fall events.

 
Lisa motioned to adjourn at 5:43. Flo seconded. All approved.
