Present: Karla MacLeod, Pat Paige, Flo Marsh, Sue Kochinskas, Lorraine Horne, Roberta Gordenstein, Lisa Wiley
Director: Donna Straitiff
Acceptance of Donations: Flo makes motion to accept donations. Pat seconded. All approved.
Reports:
Secretary’s Reports- Flo makes a motion to accept report with changes. Lorraine seconded. All approved.
Town’s Bookkeepers Report- Flo makes a motion to accept report. Lorraine seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Report- Pat makes a motion to accept report with corrections. Lorraine seconded. All approved.
Director’s Report- Pat makes motion to accept report. Flo seconded. All approved.
Old Business:
New Business:
There will be some Fun Friday programs. An adult game program like Joe has been doing with the kids. These will be held mid-afternoon.
3. Budget Season: Don’t have a schedule yet.
4. Other New Business: New library cards are in. There will be a $1.00 fee for people who would like a new card.

Old Business:
- Project Update: Mike came to check on hooking up generator. The power needs to be shut off to hook it up. This will be scheduled for a Tuesday or Thursday.
- Water Filtration System: Being fixed next week. There was a leak found when system back flushed. The pipes are cracked.
- Summer Reading Wrap-up: The program is finished. There was a great turnout. Over 100 participants. It was nice not to bribe the children.
- Morgan Stanley: Flo spoke to Bruce. There is no pressure for us to do anything at this time.
- Staffing: Rachel Haverlock-Martinez has been hired to replace Kate. She will start at the end of September.
- Other Old Business: None
New Business:
- Fidium Fiber Phone System: Fidium is sending a representative to speak to everyone in town about the system.
- Upcoming Programs: September 26th- Soccer Granny
