Acceptance of Donations: Lisa motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.
                                 
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports:  Linda motioned to accept the report as amended. Flo seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report: Flo motioned to accept the report pending audit. Linda seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Reports: Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Linda seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports: Lisa motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded All approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS:

1. Update on projects: Lighting has been placed in the main floor central hall. Youth librarian position: the interviews are continuing.

 
NEW BUSINESS:

1. Morgan Stanley account: The representative called to ask us to look into investing some of the available funds in a higher interest fund. Flo will get more information.
2. Generator: Discussion will continue as to what type of generator to purchase pending cost analysis.
3. Preliminary budget: The phone bill will be the largest increase to date. The board is also looking at wages across the spectrum.
4. Monadnock Regional Library Consortium: The consortium is starting strong, with great feedback.

 
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:

1. Ingalls 1894 Association: Nothing to report
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: Fall activities are in the works.
