Trustee Meeting

Present: Karla MacLeod, Pat Paige, Flo Marsh, Linda Dodge, Lorraine Horne, Lisa Wiley
Director:  Donna Straitiff
 
 
Acceptance of Donations:  Flo makes motion to accept donations.  Linda seconded.  All approved.
 
Reports:
Secretary’s Reports- Linda makes a motion to accept report.  Flo seconded.  All approved.
 
Town’s Bookkeepers Report- Report was reviewed.  Will wait on the updated corrections.
 
Treasurer’s Report- Pat makes a motion to accept report.  Lorraine seconded.  All approved.
 
Director’s Report- Linda makes motion to accept report.   Flo seconded.  All approved.
 
Old Business:

1. ADA Door Opener:  Not getting anywhere with this, yet.
2. Burness Visit:  Andy Burness will be coming on Saturday, July 12th.  Karla has placed flowers at the gravesite.
3. Summer Reading: Have received two bikes from The Charity Lodge.  Both small and pink.  The trustees generated ideas on how to solve the problem with the bikes-maybe go in different direction.  Donna will explore the different options.
4. Other Old Business: None at this time.  The mural open house went well.

 
New Business:

1. Other New Business:  None at this time.

 
 
Other Group Reports:

1. Ingalls 1894 Association:  NH Gives made a little over $2000. 
2. Friends of Ingalls Memorial Library:  The small library garden is going to be handed over to a volunteer from the neighborhood.  The Friends will hold a Literacy Cake Decoration on Thursday, October 16th from 5:30-7:00.
