Meeting opened 4:30 pm
Acceptance of Donations: Flo makes motion to accept donations. Patricia seconded. All approved.
REPORTS:
Secretary's Reports- Flo makes a motion to accept report. Patricia seconded. All approved.
Town's Bookkeepers Report-Patricia makes a motion to accept report. Lorraine seconded. All approved.
Treasurer's Report- Patricia makes a motion to accept report. Lorraine seconded. All approved.
Director's Report-Patricia makes a motion to accept report. Flo seconded. All approved.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Policy Review-Internet Access Policy updated. Flo makes a motion to accept. Lorraine seconded. All approved.
2. Policy Review-Revised Material Donations Policy. Patricia makes a motion to accept. Flo seconded. All approved.
3. Policy Review-Interlibrary Loan Policy tabled.
4. Other Old Business: Automatic Door. Invoice submitted and reviewed.
5. Summer Reading: Kickoff today.
6. Window Project Update: See Donna's Director Report
NEW BUSINESS:
1. 4th of July Holiday notice Library to be closed Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, 4th.
2. Policy Review-Meeting Room Policy presented to the Board
3. Policy Review-Patron Code of Conduct Policy presented to the Board
4. Policy Review-Photography Policy- Presented to the Board
5. Other new business: Received $500 from Kiwanis Club of Peterborough, NH for Summer Reading Program
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
1. Ingalls 1894 Association: Judy Unger-Clark, President, reported proceeds from June NH GIVES. The invoice for the automatic door was received and once approved by the Board of Selectmen July 1, will gift to the town the invoice total for this specific purpose.
2. F.O.I.L. met June10, 2026. Non charitable status with the state approved shortly thereafter. Also, the bank released the hold on account. Pill Grant matching funds approved. Next meeting is Sept. 9, 2026.
