Public Hearing: Acceptance of Donation from Don Burness. Opened at 4:30pm.
Lisa motioned to close the hearing. Karla seconded. All approved.
Flo motioned to accept the donation from the estate of Don Burness. Linda seconded. All approved.
Acceptance of Donations – Linda moved to accept the donations as reported. Flo seconded. All approved.
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Taylor Ratcliffe: Lisa motioned to accept the report as amended. Flo seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report – Linda motioned to accept the report pending audit. Pat seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Reports—Flo Marsh: Lisa motioned to accept the treasurer’s report pending audit. Oat seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports—Donna Straitiff –Lisa motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.

OLD BUSINESS:
- New OPAC: The system will be set to auto-renew, so each item will be able to be renewed twice- the policy limit.
- Further discussion of projects: Donna presented a list to the town of items which would need their input.
- Review of authors for author visit. Donna is in communication with Hanna Pulvainen, author of The End of the Drum Time.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Youth librarian position: The current librarian has resigned as of July 24th. The position will be posted this week.
- Summer reading: Donna is looking at creative options for the summer programming.
- Automatic Renewal of materials: This will be set in the new OPAC system.
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
- Ingalls 1894 Association: The group held its annual meeting and will take part in the June NHGives fundraiser.
- Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: The group worked in the garden and it looks amazing!
