Old Business:
- Update on windows, generator: Waiting on screens. Should be coming soon. Library will probably use the expendable trust fund for back windows on both floors and upstair triangular window. Switch for generator is in. Generator is due to come in August.
- Other Old Business: We will have funding for interlibrary loan and Libby through the end of the calendar year.
New Business:
- Mural Artist Meet and Greet: Meet and Greet on hold for the time being. Laura twisted her leg.
- ADA Door Opener: 1894 is interested in funding the door opener. Mike should be able to get info from companies and bring it to the selectmen to accept the money from the 1894. Should be no issue.
- Burness Visit: June 26th Thursday. Not sure of all the plans. Karla will make sure something nice at the library.
- Updates on Apollo Biblionix: Biblionix has many ‘ask the librarian features’. Staff is busy verifying info. All is going well.
- Other New Business: Quote for windows came in at $15,520. Mike is doing $11,000. We have enough funds to push to see if the town will accept the extra approx. $4000.
Other Group Reports:
- Ingalls 1894 Association: NH Gives June 10th – 11th. Posters will be going around town. Still plan on going ahead with the ADA Door Opener. Judy offered money from the 1894 for the windows.
- Friends of Ingalls Memorial Library: Had a seed planting program with Joe in April. Got passes for Mt. Washington Observatory discounting both ways up Cog Railroad or Auto Road. They talked about a program for adults before or after the holidays. Friends also mulched the garden.
