Present: Karla MacLeod, Pat Paige, Flo Marsh, Linda Dodge, Lorraine Horne, Sue Kochinskas, Lisa Wiley, Roberta Gordenstein
Director:  Donna Straitiff
 
 
Acceptance of Donations:  Flo makes motion to accept donation.  Linda seconded.  All approved.
 
Reports:
Secretary’s Reports- Linda makes a motion to accept report.  Flo seconded.  All approved.
 
Town’s Bookkeepers Report- Pat makes motion to accept report.  Lorraine seconded.  All approved.
 
Treasurer’s Report- Pat makes motion to accept report.  Linda seconded.  All approved.
 
Director’s Report- Flo makes motion to accept report.   Lorraine seconded.  All approved.
 
Old Business:

1. Budget:  We should be alright with the budget.
2. Other Old Business: Need to wait and see on funding for Libby and interlibrary loan system.

 
New Business:

1. Update on Summer Reading:  Joe is working on finalizing the summer reading program.
2. Reorganization of Collection:  Everything has been moved.  There is more display space for the teen area.  A much better space has been made for the DIY kits.
3. Other New Business:  None

 
 
Other Group Reports:

1. Ingalls 1894 Association:  Nothing to report at this time.
2. Friends of Ingalls Memorial Library: There are no more museum passes being offered. Friends have rescheduled the STEM program.
