Acceptance of Donations –Lisa motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.
                                 
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Reports—Pat motioned to accept the report. Roberta seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report- Flo motioned to accept the report pending audit. Pat seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Reports—Lisa motioned to accept the report pending audit. Pat seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports- Lisa motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS:
 

1. New OPAC- The new system should be active by the end of April.
2. Grant updates: The final report for the Millipore Grant was completed. No pending grants at this time.

 
NEW BUSINESS:

1. Discussion of projects- Donna created a list of projects that could be started. She will be asked to start prioritizing the list so they can be addressed.
2. Election of Officers:

OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
 

1. Ingalls 1894 Association: The group is planning to participate in the June NH Gives nonprofit fundraising campaign.
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: The group is planning multiple spring events.
