Trustees present: Karla MacLeod, Pat Paige, Flo Marsh, Linda Dodge, Lorraine Horne
Director:  Donna Straitiff

Acceptance of Donations:  Linda makes motion to accept donation.  Flo seconded.  All approved.
 
Reports:
Secretary’s Reports- Linda makes a motion to accept report.  Flo seconded.  All approved.
 
Town’s Bookkeepers Report- Pat makes motion to accept report.  Linda seconded.  All approved.
 
Treasurer’s Report- Pat makes motion to accept report.  Linda seconded.  All approved.
 
Director’s Report- Linda makes motion to accept report.   Flo seconded.  All approved.
 
Old Business:

1. Policy Review---Will wait to discuss

New Business:

1. Default Budget & Implications:  Want to try and stay within the default budget.  Wages for the library was left alone.
2. Welcome Lorraine:  Welcome!  Glad to have you.

1. Implications of IMLS Reduction:  There should be options in the future if the IMLS is reduced.  ie: Can coordinate with Jaffrey to buy new books.  Donna will send out letters that other libraries are writing in support and info on interlibrary loan.
2. Updates on windows and generator:  Some of the new windows in.  Generator will be installed in the near future.
3. Other New Business:  None at this time.

 
Other Group Reports:
 

1. Ingalls 1894 Association:  The Association will be doing NH GIVES again.  Possibly June 12th.   Thinking that the handicap entry could be a selling point if set as the goal.
2. Friends of Ingalls Memorial Library: Friends planning a Stem Program in April and doing pot holders for Mother’s Day.
