Acceptance of Donations:  Flo makes motion to accept donation.  Sue seconded.  All approved.
 
Reports:
Secretary’s Reports- Roberta makes a motion to accept report.  Flo seconded.  All approved.
 
Town’s Bookkeepers Report- Flo makes motion to accept report.  Susan seconded.  All approved.
 
Treasurer’s Report- Pat makes motion to accept report.  Roberta seconded.  All approved.
 
Director’s Report- Flo makes motion to accept report.   Roberta seconded.  All approved.

1. Policy Review and Collection Development:  No changes at this time.  Will revisit next month.
2. 2024 Wrap-up:  Looks awesome.  Thinking of maybe making a big poster.  Donna not sure yet.
3. Youth Department Tour:  Trustees will take a tour to see what is happening in the Youth Department.
4. Other New Business:  None at this time.

2. Friends of Ingalls Memorial Library:  Nothing new to report.
