Present: Karla MacLeod, Pat Paige, Flo Marsh, Sue Kochinskas, Lorraine Horne, Linda Dodge, Roberta Gordenstein

Acceptance of Donations:  Flo makes motion to accept donations.  Pat seconded.  All approved.
 
Reports:
Secretary’s Reports- Roberta makes a motion to accept report as adjusted.  Lorraine seconded.  All approved.
 
Town’s Bookkeepers Report-  Flo makes a motion to accept report.  Pat seconded.  All approved.
 
Treasurer’s Report- Pat makes a motion to accept report with corrections.  Lorraine seconded.  All approved.
 
Director’s Report- Pat makes motion to accept report.   Flo seconded.  All approved.
 
Old Business:

New Business:

1. Policy Update:  Will update the list as needed.  Can start with the earliest policies and update chronological or just go through the list as needed.  Many may not need to be updated.
2. Other Business:  Elections are in a couple of weeks.  A big welcome to Robert Terk for running to join the trustees.

1. Ingalls 1894 Association:  Nothing to report.
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: Nothing to report.
