OLD BUSINESS:
- Year End Update: Reports have been submitted and the budget reconciled.
NEW BUSINESS:
- State Library Reporting: complete and ahead of schedule.
- Annual Report Documents: Submitted to the town for publication in the Town Report.
- New OPAC: Biblionix will replace our current OPAC, Koha.Training will begin in March.
- Town Meeting: The deliberative is Saturday Feb. 3. Town meeting is March 12th.
- Seed Library: The seed library is being updated and renamed in honor of James Wiley, a beloved friend of the library.
- Other: There are two openings for Library Trustee in the coming election.
- The library trustees received a check from the Donald Burness Fund. A public meeting to accept the funds will take place at our next trustee meeting on Feb. 27th. Karla will post the notice prior to the meeting.
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
- Ingalls 1894 Association: Judy Unger-Clark came for this portion of the meeting to apprise the trustees of the outcome of Giving Tuesday last November. There was a profit and great feedback.
- Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library: The group is planning a May Day event and a paint party. There are two new Friends added recently.
