Acceptance of Donations – Flo motioned to accept the report. Linda seconded. All approved.
                                 
REPORTS:
Secretary’s Report- Pat motioned to accept the report. Flo seconded. All approved.
Town Bookkeeper’s Report - Pat motioned to accept the report pending audit. Flo seconded. All approved.
Treasurer’s Reports- Lisa motioned to accept the reports pending audit. Pat seconded. All approved.
Director’s Reports- Lisa motioned to accept the reports. Flo seconded. All approved.
 
OLD BUSINESS:
 

1. Burness funds project wrap-up: Purchases have been completed, contracts signed, and progress installing the various building updates will continue into 2025.
2. Budget wrap-up: Expenses remained within budget throughout the year. The new budget has been approved to go forward to the voters.

 
NEW BUSINESS:
 

1. Filing period for open positions ends January 31st. There are two positions open.
2. Library IT support: The library will be searching for a new provider as the current one is retiring this year.
3. DIY Tax Assistance program: The River Center is going to come to the library to assist people with tax assistance.
4. Other new business: The NH legislature is starting their new session of bill proposals and many concern libraries.

 
 
OTHER GROUP REPORTS:
 

1. Ingalls 1894 Association- An ad will be placed in the Monadnock Shopper recognizing the historical influence of the library.
2. Friends of the Ingalls Memorial Library- nothing to report.
